Building Maintenance

• Perform walk-through inspections of your property
• Solicit competitive bids for service contracts, tenant improvements, and repairs
• Establish a preventative maintenance program
• Oversee the activities of the building’s service contractors

Lease Administration

• Enforce all terms of the lease
• Administer lease renewals, rent increases, notices to vacate, notice of lease violation, and late notices
• Handle delinquent tenants and evictions

Accounting and Clerical Support

• Provide the building owner with monthly financial statements
• Collect rental payments
• Pay expenses out of rental proceeds
• Maintain tenant and property files
• Maintain tenant’s security deposit
• Acquire and maintain property registration with the appropriate government agency
